Since its establishment in April 2012, BSE has been involved in the construction of industrial manufacturing facilities. We maintain the highest standards of workmanship across projects in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, electronics, food & nutrition, and chemical manufacturing sectors.
Starting with MEPF packages, we have since developed into a main contractor capable of delivering comprehensive project scopes, including civil works, architectural finishing, MEPF systems, and cleanroom construction for projects with the most stringent requirements in safety, technical performance, and schedule.

Established in 2012 during one of Vietnam's most challenging economic periods, our company started with modest capital but unwavering determination. We built our foundation as a specialized MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection) contractor, serving prestigious Western FDI manufacturing facilities across Vietnam.
These formative years shaped our technical excellence and established our reputation for delivering complex industrial systems that meet international standards.
2017: The Breakthrough
Proving Our Worth on the National Stage
A defining moment arrived when we secured the EPC contract for Vietnam's largest cosmetics manufacturing facility at the time—encompassing construction, complete MEPF systems, and cleanroom technology. Competing against industry giants, we emerged victorious through superior technical proposals and competitive value.
The project's success spoke volumes: even after 8+ years of continuous operation (as of October 2025), prospective clients touring the facility consistently praise the exceptional build quality and asset durability—a testament to our uncompromising standards.
