Caldic Specialties Vietnam R&D Center & Office Building

Entrusted by Caldic Specialties Vietnam (a subsidiary of Caldic Netherlands and the company that took over the entire operations of Cornell Brothers Vietnam Ltd. following Caldic’s acquisition of Cornell Brothers’ Indo-Pacific business), BSE was awarded the full contract for the renovation, upgrading, and fit-out of Caldic’s new office building located at 43 Street 38, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Caldic is one of the world's leading providers of specialty ingredients, additives, and raw materials for the pharmaceutical, personal care, life sciences, and food industries, with nearly 60 years of global experience.

BSE successfully executed the project within a record timeframe of just four months, facilitating the relocation of Caldic’s existing office of more than 600 m² to a new facility of nearly 2,000 m², comprising one basement, one ground floor, five upper floors, and a rooftop level.

The scope of work included the complete fit-out of two dedicated floors for R&D and laboratory facilities designed to meet European standards, as well as the entire office area, including interior finishes, workspace environments, and all supporting MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

BSE delivered the project with outstanding performance, achieving completion without any HSE incidents and fully meeting all schedule and budget requirements.
